Our training system is based on the use of three sticks (two long sticks and one short stick). We recommend the three stick bundle to fully benefit what Stick Mobility has to offer.
The Training Stick bundle allows you to utilize the full range of exercises in the training program. There are specific exercises that utilize two long sticks, a single long stick, and a single short stick that allow you to work the entire body uniquely.
The short Training Stick will help you increase flexibility, improve posture, reduce soreness, and recover quicker. It is deal if you want to get started and be able to touch your toes and get your arms overhead again.
The long Training Sticks are designed to be bent and flexed for more advanced stretching and strength-based exercises to develop joints to help you feel and perform your best. If you have low flexibility or poor balance the Long Training Stick provides more modifications than the Short Training Stick to help you restore your flexibility.
